InkSoc Arts Competition 2022


The InkSoc Arts Competition is open to high school student artists (9th-12th grade) who presently reside in Cache County.  Original works in any medium including paintings, prints, monoprints, drawings, graphics, photography, and textiles are eligible.  Original work is defined as artwork developed from personal experience, imagination, and direct observation from life, or multiple personal photographs or sketches.  REPRODUCTION PRINTS such as giclée and COPY WORK (artwork directly copied from one source) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

Artists are limited to a total of two entries.  Artwork will be printed in a 360 degree method. Below is the sock silhouette for printing:

Entries must be submitted in the provided InkSoc template in digital format. Acceptable file formats include JPEG, TIFF, PDF, AI and PSD.  Works will not be accepted if they are not in the provided template: Please reach out if you have questions!

By submitting an original artwork, the student agrees that if chosen, their work will be printed for commercial use. The student will receive commission for every pair of sock sold on the InkSoc website with their artwork.   


Entries must be clearly identified by the artist with title, medium and in the InkSoc template.


1ST PLACE: $500 + Artwork Printed on Socks + 5% Commission

2ND PLACE: $300

3RD PLACE: $150
